Ether J. - "I've just finished this course on Nebula and I can't praise it enough. I'm not a jazz player, but am a musician who performs in other genres. I've made learning jazz one of my top goals, but haven't made much progress. Most teachers focus on scales, chords, arpeggios, etc. I am so tired of these!! In this course, Aimee takes a musical approach by focusing on motifs. This is brilliant! I have learned so much from these lessons that I just had to write about them. I now have an approach that I can understand to do my own solos. Thank you Aimee! You are the best!"

Hang out with me and let's play our favorite songs from the great Broadway and movie musicals.
"Kiss on My List" is a song by the American duo Hall & Oates. It was written by Daryl Hall and Janna Allen, and produced by the duo. It was the third single release from their ninth studio album, Voices (1980), and became their second US Billboard Hot 100 number-one single (after "Rich Girl" in 1977).
Using the tune "I Love You, For Sentimental Reasons", I show you in this video how to play in the spaces; the places where there is a break in the melody and room for a little ad lib to move the song along and give it some motion and variety. Watch and see when to use piano fills and how to create them!
A clapping audience can be an enthusiastic, driving force to a band on stage, or a disaster waiting to happen. Let's talk about ALL of it!
Ride along with me as I talk about why I think you are already playing what you hear.
Many singers show up to auditions or jam sessions and have no idea which key they sing their song in. This is unacceptable., and is easily remedied. Let me teach you how to choose your key, so this situation stops happening. If you'd like to support me, you can do so at this link: https://www.paypal.me/AimN
